Job Description

The Demo Design and Build Specialist will create customized demo environments for sales, solution consulting, and account management teams to showcase Highspot's value. Responsibilities include designing and developing branded demo sites, creating high-quality demo assets, collaborating with global solution consultants, maintaining a comprehensive asset library, and coordinating with international sales teams. This role requires strong communication skills, understanding of sales team operations, design proficiency in UI/UX, familiarity with sales and marketing technologies, and experience with CMS/DMS and SaaS platforms. The specialist will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse teams globally, and a proactive learning attitude is essential.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer/Demo Design & Build Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in creating customized, high-quality demo environments that enable our sales, solution consulting, and account management teams to effectively showcase Highspot's value to prospective clients. Reporting to the Manager of Solution Consulting Operations, you will collaborate closely with global solution consultants to drive new business and expansion opportunities.



Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop branded Highspot demo sites tailored to prospective clients' needs, utilizing both existing templates and creating bespoke designs.
  • Asset Creation: Leverage your design expertise to produce high-quality demo assets, ensuring a compelling and cohesive user experience. 
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with solution consultants across various regions to promptly address and fulfill trial requests, maintaining a consistent and efficient workflow.
  • Asset Management: Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of demo assets, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with international sales teams to align demo environments with sales strategies and objectives.


Required Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Sales Team Insight: A solid understanding of sales team operations and workflows, enabling the creation of demos that resonate with sales professionals.
  • Design Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Technological Acumen: Familiarity with sales technology, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.com and Dynamics 365, and marketing technology platforms.
  • CMS/DMS Experience: Proven experience in working with and deploying Content Management Systems (CMS) or Document Management Systems (DMS). 
  • SaaS Knowledge: Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and their deployment in enterprise environments.
  • HTML Skills: Basic proficiency in HTML is a bonus but not mandatory.
