As a Desktop Support Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for IT issues across SkyBox Labs. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues across various platforms, set up and maintain hardware, manage IT assets, and collaborate with teams to streamline IT processes. You'll also support user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience. This role requires a strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Google Suite, Office 365, macOS, Active Directory, and an IT Ticketing system. You'll need excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
