Haleon, a global leader in consumer health, is seeking a Digital Commerce Trade Marketing Coordinator to manage channel communication and processes between marketing and commercial teams for operational excellence and market share targets. This role involves building strategic commercial plans within channels to enhance brand growth at client point-of-sale. Key responsibilities include managing customer business processes, developing trade strategies for the Digital Commerce channel, reviewing digital media investments for ROI, monitoring trade promotion effectiveness, managing A&P dComm budgets, and evaluating best practices for growth and innovation.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles (sales, marketing, trade marketing)
  • Experience in eCommerce/Digital Media
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strategic thinking and business understanding
  • Ability to influence and build relationships
  • Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Good to have:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or beauty industries
  • Fluent in Spanish

The Digital Commerce Trade Marketing Coordinator manages channel communication, processes and interactions between marketing and commercial team, that will lead to an operational excellence to deliver share of market targets according to brand strategy. This role help build strategic commercial plans within the channel to guide and create a flawless shopper journey to enhance our brand growth in our clients POS.
 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Help manage customer business process which ensures effective communication and liaison between sales, marketing and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities and deliver sales and profit targets.
  • Help develop focused trade strategies for category in dComm Channel. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential of the accounts.
  • After-action review of Digital Media investment activities to ensure ROA, Sales uplift and Funnel-specific targets are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital trade promotions to determine whether these meet the Company' objectives and ROI targets
  • Manage A&P dComm budget and ensure finance deliverables that impact company’s P&L.
  • Gather and evaluate Haleon Best Practices in other countries to accelerate growth and ensure innovation on Digital Commerce.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in commercial roles (sales, marketing, trade marketing ), ideally in pharmaceutical industry, FMCG or beauty and in eCommerce/Digital Media
  • Advanced Englisth
