Job Description

This role focuses on driving and closing Microsoft Enterprise Support opportunities in Ireland. The Digital Sales Enterprise Specialist will work with enterprise customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through digital engagement and partner co-selling. Responsibilities include sales execution, acting as a thought leader, advising customers on digital transformation, driving deployment, and creating business value. The specialist will also lead sales orchestration, leverage partner relationships, and utilize technical expertise to inform decisions. The role requires managing the end-to-end sales process, forecasting, and developing territory plans to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven technology-related sales or account management experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

The focus of the Digital Sales Enterprise Specialist’s role is to drive and close Microsoft Enterprise Support opportunities to ensure customers are supported throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, improving their health and enabling customer outcomes and consumption. The Digital Sales Enterprise Specialist leverages Microsoft’s unique expertise, including direct access to product teams, to help customers use their Microsoft investments as productively as possible.

Qualifications

  • Proven technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • End to End motion Selling Experience


Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution – Acts as a thought leader across solution areas to advise customers across business functions on digital transformation, drive robust deployment and create business value for customers by Identifying and facilitating removal of blockers to consumption by partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Scaling & Collaboration – Leads the sales orchestration to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders as well as leveraging and expanding relationships with partners
  • Technical Expertise – Leverages and shares competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal
  • Sales Excellence –Manages the end-to-end sales and delivery success of the assigned territory; conducts forecasting for accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities aimed at maintaining levels of client satisfaction
