Strategic Partner Development Manager, Sellside Monetization

Job Description

The Strategic Partner Development Manager will work with leading Israeli publishers (focused on global markets) to grow their digital advertising business using Google's Sellside products. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Israeli team to develop partnership growth plans, engaging with internal and external stakeholders (including C-level executives), managing existing agreements and optimizing their value, and working across multiple geographies to launch and scale new features. This role requires fluency in Hebrew and English and a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, management consulting, ads, e-commerce, apps, gaming, or technology industries.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to partner with local and region partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing end-to-end partnerships.
  • Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving aptitude and ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activity.
  • Proven track record in managing key C-level Officer (CXO) relationships, complex partners/clients, including tech sales, business development, account management, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaborating skills.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leading Israeli publishers, who are focused mainly on the global markets, to help them grow their digital advertising business.
  • Collaborate with the Israeli local team to create and execute a plan to grow and develop partnerships, driving business and adoption of Google's Sellside products and solutions.
  • Engage internally with other Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and with technical and product experts within Google, as well as externally with the partners.
  • Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building relationships.
  • Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
