Job Description

The Digital Technology Specialist (ERP) is a key member of Microsoft's Business Applications Digital Sales pursuit team. This role focuses on driving demand and sales growth within managed accounts. Responsibilities include assisting in crafting customer-centric solutions leveraging Co-Sell partner resources, delivering compelling RFI responses, working with a technical pursuit team to secure customer agreement on solution design, delivering solution demonstrations highlighting Microsoft's competitive advantages, and collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure a successful deployment. The ideal candidate possesses proven ERP experience (Dynamics 365, SAP, Infor, IFS, or similar), technology-related or technical sales experience, and fluency in French and English. The role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

The Digital Technical Specialist (ERP) is a key member of the Business Applications Digital Sales pursuit team focused on driving demand and sales growth in managed accounts. Qualifications

 

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Proven experience on an ERP Workload using Dynamics 365, SAP, Infor, IFS or any other Enterprise/Corporate ERP solution.
  • Technology-related sales or technical sales experience. 

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

 

Language Requirments: French and English

Location: Dublin, Ireland

 

You must be legally authorised to work in Ireland currently to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)

 

 

Responsibilities

  •  Assist Digital Sales Representative in crafting customer-centric solution leveraging Co-Sell partner resources by assembling and collaborating with a technical pursuit team that may include ISV components. Deliver compelling RFI response. 
  • Work with technical pursuit team securing customer agreement to the solution design aligned to agreed outcomes/digital transformation journey focusing on business value.
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations highlighting Microsoft competitive differentiation aligned to the designed customer-centric solution with business value impact. 
  • Ensure demonstration follows Tell-Show-Vision model and has an end-to-end view building opportunities for seeding and expansion after initial sale.
  • Assist Digital Sales Representative if required in reviewing licensing proposal. Collaborate with Customer Success team and partner to ensure a customer-agreed deployment plan with key performance indicators.
