Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Sabre, you will develop and execute digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth. Your responsibilities include creating and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like social media, search engines, and email. You will be involved in monitoring and optimizing ad performance, implementing SEO best practices, creating high-quality content, and managing website updates. Additionally, you will utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and refine strategies, support marketing operations, and manage social media presence to engage industry professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging digital marketing to drive business success.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive the value messaging success
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several projects
Good to have:
  • Professional certifications or strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pardot, and Emplifi is preferred
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth. This role requires expertise in SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive measurable success.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging digital marketing to drive business success.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, and email
  • Support with the creation of campaign content across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
  • Create and manage high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
  • Oversee website updates and landing page optimization for better engagement
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, to track campaign effectiveness and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven analysis
  • Support marketing operations and maintenance of marketing CRM, along with email marketing and creation of assets within our CRM
  • Develop and execute social strategies to engage industry professionals
  • Manage social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends to incorporate these into marketing strategy and tactics

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information technology, or business
  • Professional certifications or strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pardot, and Emplifi is preferred
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive the value messaging success
  • Ownership mindset of individual and team objectives; can work independently and resolve professional, technical, or operational project problems in a creative, methodical manner
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment that is geographically distributed
  • Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, extract key takeaways from large amounts of data and information to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several projects
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Pardot
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn
  • Must have strong ownership – drive projects through to completion
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. Team player!
