As we continue our rapid global expansion, we’re looking for a leader to scale our people operations, ensuring a balance of visionary forward-thinking practices with practical, user-centric programs and processes across the candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and define the overall People Operations team strategy and operating model - you will have the opportunity to define the strategy and operating model for the team, which will include People Services, Global People and our Contingent Workforce Program.
  • Drive process design and implementation - you will design and implement low defect-rate, technology-enabled processes that drive efficiency for the People team as well as our employees.
  • Ensure processes are anchored on user-centered design principles, ensuring the most simple, consistent, and continuously improving experience for our employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the People team, as well as cross-functional partners in Legal, Finance, Accounting and IT to ensure a comprehensive, business-centric, and legally compliant approach to People processes across the globe.
  • Lead cross functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies and enhancing the candidate and employee experience across key user journeys.
  • Partner with the People Analytics team to unlock data insights and apply data throughout our operations to drive decision-making and efficiency.
  • Partner with the People Systems team to enable thoughtful tooling that leverages the latest AI technology capabilities, to drive self-service and automation while keeping user-centered design as a priority.
  • Lead, coach, and partner with your team to achieve this vision, while continuously contributing to each team member's career journey.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience leading People Operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; tech company experience highly desired
  • Experience building and scaling teams
  • Strong leadership and people management experience
  • Thrive in a company culture that anchors on employee experience and a high level of service
  • Demonstrated project management skills and a track record of success in bringing highly complex, cross-functional projects to completion
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work hands-on and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required
