Scheduling and calendar management across multiple time zones for the TxO SVP and senior members of the TxO leadership team
Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Provide background information and supporting documents in preparation for scheduled meetings for senior members of the TxO leadership team
Prioritize and coordinate with board members, CEO office, ESC members, and other departments within the company
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and members of the Corporate Team at all levels of the organization
Run point for invoice processing, expenses and vendor entry
Manage document access, for the department including highly sensitive and confidential documents
Work independently with minimal guidance
Minimum 5 years prior experience supporting a C-level executive
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
First-class organizational and problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
Ability to self-motivate and work independently and proactively and anticipate problems before they arise
Strong sense of urgency, dedication, and a passion for results
Patience and flexibility while juggling many projects at once
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Highly personable and outgoing; helping to maintain office morale and team culture
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
Effective communication and analytical skills, both oral and written including high degree of skill in grammar, spelling and punctuation are essential
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to support executive team and be on call 24/7
