Job Description

The Facility Manager is responsible for client reception, infrastructure and service management for employees. This includes access control, cleaning, mechanical and electrical installations, equipment, basic services, and materials. The role involves coordinating and contracting services to ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and conservation of facilities. Responsibilities include managing meeting rooms, storage, parking, the telephone system, and providing logistical support. The manager also oversees general services (maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, etc.), manages energy and office supplies, and coordinates with logistics and vendors for maintenance. They are responsible for facility upkeep, space planning, and ensuring safety and well-being standards.
Must have:

El facility manager se encarga de la recepción de clientes, del buen uso de las infraestructuras y los servicios que se presten a los trabajadores: control de accesos, limpieza, instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas de la empresa y equipamientos, suministros de servicios básicos y de materiales para el funcionamiento ordinario. Coordina y contrata todos los servicios destinados a conseguir un buen funcionamiento de la empresa, además de la conservación y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia con metodologías digitales para el seguimiento y administración de tareas (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, entre otros).
  • Excelente redacción
  • Dominio de ofimática (Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office)
  • Manejo del idioma inglés (Nivel avanzado hablado y escrito – Capaz de entablar una conversación por teléfono)
  • Comunicación clara y precisa
  • Altamente responsable
  • Planificación y organización
  • Vocación de servicio
  • Titulado de la carrera de Marketing, Comunicaciones, Hotelería y Turismo, Administración.

Información adicional

FUNCIONES:

  • Administrar la disponibilidad, uso y mantenimiento de las Salas de reuniones
  • Administrar los almacenes y lockers 
  • Administración de los estacionamientos: asignación y disponibilidad
  • Atención de la central telefónica
  • Soporte logístico en las actividades para el personal (previa coordinación con el área de Recursos Humanos)
  • Contrata y atiende todos los servicios y productos relacionados con el correcto funcionamiento, conservación y mantenimiento de las instalaciones
  • Se responsabiliza del suministro energético y del material de oficina, además de su optimización
  • Administra y supervisar todos los servicios generales de la compañía: mantenimiento, limpieza, seguridad, jardines, catering, mensajería, entre otros
  • Gestiona la conservación y mantenimiento de las instalaciones e ingeniería (control, inspección y reparación de averías)
  • Determina la ubicación ideal del mobiliario para conseguir la máxima eficiencia en el entorno laboral
  • Coordina la gestión de espacios de oficina
  • Coordinar con la gestión logística y proveedores los trabajos de mantenimiento contratados
  • Coordinar y dar cumplimiento en temas de seguridad y bienestar requeridos desde el área de Recursos Humanos
  • Elaborar informes de gestión de manera periódica
