The Finance Manager will lead and manage the financial operations of the organization. This includes financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulations and financial reporting. The candidate will provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions and drive performance. Responsibilities include managing payroll, creating financial reports, performing checks of calculations and budgets, handling accounting and audit issues, and processing bank payments.
Must have:
- EU citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Good to have:
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
