Job Description
As a Financial Systems Project Manager at Varonis, you will be responsible for managing the successful design and implementation of various financial requirements, processes, and systems. You will be working closely with the business to gather, analyze, and design business requirements and processes. You will also be responsible for configuring and testing systems, leading and managing project scope, risks, and timelines, and providing training and support to end users on new financial systems and processes.
Must have:
- 4+ years of experience managing and implementing financial IT systems projects
- Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems
- Experience with Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA)
- Strong techno-financial functional skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to have:
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience with Tax Generator Tool

Financial Systems Project Manager
Varonis Systems is the leader in unstructured and semi-structured data governance software, which is any human generated data that is within a company’s environment. Our goal is to protect companies most sensitive information from insider threats and cyberattacks. We do this by allowing organizations to analyze, secure, manage, and migrate their volumes of unstructured data.
We are looking for a talented Financial Systems Project Manager to join our IT Business Applications team and be responsible for Varonis Financial Information Systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the successful design and implementation of various financial requirements, processes, and systems.
- Provide implementation expertise and work with the business to collect, understand, and design business requirements and processes.
- Assist with the configuration and testing of systems.
- Lead and manage project scope, risks, and timelines in collaboration with various teams.
- Develop and implement project management plans and methodologies.
- Provide training and support to end users on new financial systems and processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing and implementing financial IT systems projects
- Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems – Mandatory
- Experience with Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA) – Big Advantage
- Experience with NetSuite - Advantage
- Experience with Tax Generator Tool - Advantage
- Strong techno-financial functional skills with a good understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with cross-functional teams
