Job Description

This Data Warehouse role at Garena in Taipei focuses on building and maintaining the data warehouse infrastructure for their gaming operations. Responsibilities include designing data warehouse models, ensuring data quality, developing and deploying code, performance tuning, and collaborating with data analysts and product teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in data warehousing, strong skills in big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, ClickHouse), and a deep understanding of data warehousing methodologies. Experience in the gaming industry and proficiency in Python are highly advantageous. The role involves participation in team building and mentorship, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description

- 負責遊戲業務的資料倉儲建設，研發規範制定，資料品質保證。

- 負責數倉開發整體流程，包括程式碼開發，發布部署，效能調優，資料品質等。
- 參與資料應用規劃，為資料分析師、資料產品、演算法產品提供支持。
- 參與數倉團隊建設，人員培養、技術指導等。

Job Requirements

- 5 年以上資料倉儲建置經驗，電腦相關專業。
- 熟悉資料倉儲模型設計方法論，有遊戲產業數倉經驗者優先。
- 熟悉 Hadoop / Hive / Spark / Clickhouse 等大數據開發技術，精通 Hive / Spark 調優。
- 對資料敏感，熱衷將業務與技術結合，以數據驅動業務發展。
- 優秀的溝通能力，跨團隊合作能力，較強的自驅力。
- 具備 Python 開發能力，對資料探勘、機器學習有了解者優先。
- 喜歡遊戲，對遊戲產業有深入理解者優先。
