Global Marketing Specialist

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to join our Global Marketing Team. This role focuses on driving impactful offline and online events, developing comprehensive marketing collateral, and managing rich media content for key N-iX directions. Responsibilities:

1) Marketing Collateral management:

• Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing collateral wiki, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Develop and implement processes for content updates and version control
• Work with subject matter experts to gather and organize information.

2) Marketplace management. Manage company placements on variety of marketplaces setup & execution of promo campaigns

3) Offline and Online events marketing support:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end logistics for both offline and online events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and virtual summits
• Support marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement
• Analyze event performance and provide post-event reports to measure ROI.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of event and content strategies with overall business objectives
• Work with technical experts to produce accurate and engaging content.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technology marketing,  B2B services, PaasS, SaaS
• GenAI tools knowledge and practical execution (something)
• Experience in the technology sector (highly desirable)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools: Powerpoint/Google Slides, outreach tools reply.io , outreach.io, any ads automation, JIRA/Confluence, Canva, Chatgpt, Claude, Midjourney, 11Labs, etc.
• Experience working in a global marketing team or with diverse international markets (highly desirable)
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful offline and online events
• Creative writing - ads, blogs, articles
• English - Upper-Intermediate +
• Experience in developing and managing marketing collateral wikis or similar knowledge management systems
• Strong understanding of rich media production and distribution
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze event and content performance data
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
