WORK DESCRIPTION
Creating high quality creative assets in cooperation with the internal marketing team or production team to be used for campaigns across a variety of channels
Creating creatives/briefs/specs sheet and managing the entire process from start to finish
Creating and managing creative procedures and style guides and performing quality checks in accordance with the brand guideline
Creating and managing an internal image library to provide broader access to high quality images for use on digital/social media channels or publications
Understanding creative objectives and contributing to asset development and planning in order to maximize value
Collaborating with internal teams and utilizing internal management tools to ensure creative designs follow protocol and receive appropriate approvals
Managing resources assigned to the work in accordance with studio policies, ethics, and standards.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer in the video games or entertainment industry
Someone who is a self-starter
Someone who is detail oriented, has excellent time management skills, and a cooperative attitude
Someone with a passion for video games, art, and entertainment
Ability to work in Japanese
