Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Designing operational growth roadmap for business categories based on data findings and work with category stakeholders for implementation.2. Identifying bottlenecks, working on the solutions, and implementing findings/ recommendations independently and effectively.3. Developing insightful analysis about app traffic allocation and its strategic and operational implications.4. Analyze large sets of data to identify growth initiatives across the user engagement funnel across both web and app signups, activation, usage, churn, etc5. Interfacing with category stakeholders for implementation of the recommendation and providing support for the same.6. Drive performance marketing initiatives7. Creating Reports/Dashboards and presentations for senior management about findings, analysis, and recommendations.8. Track and analyze effectiveness of various campaigns to maximize CTRs on all properties9. Developing an in-depth understanding of user journey and user behavior on Paytm app to improve marketing/growth initiatives10. Perform data exploration on user behavior to build user cohorts/clusters to understand platform usage, etc11. Understand business AOPs and build top-down strategy to help achieve the same12. Build attribution models to understand what channels (or combination) are most effective to drive user engagement
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Strong analytical thinking, strategic problem solving and storyboarding skills and must be from consulting
2. Stakeholder management and negotiations
3. Past experience in optimizing business strategy, product or process using data & analytics.
4. Strong knowledge of Marketing and User/product growth.
5. Ability to execute cross functional initiatives, learn new technologies and build business understanding.
6. Demonstrated ability to directly partner with business owners to understand product requirements.
7. Effective spoken and written communication to senior audiences, including strong data presentation and visualization skills.
8. Basic Knowledge of CLM and targeting tools like CleverTap, MoEngage etc
