As a Growth Operations Manager, you will lead and scale growth initiatives by optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention processes. Must have:
  • Experience in growth operations or business operations within fintech or financial services.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of the fintech regulatory environment and compliance.
Good to have:
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to lead and scale our growth initiatives by optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention processes. You will manage a high-performing team and collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to drive data-driven growth strategies and operational excellence in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor a team of growth operations professionals to achieve business growth targets.
    • Develop and implement scalable growth strategies across marketing, sales, and customer success channels.
    • Manage end-to-end growth operations workflows including lead management, funnel optimization, automation, and campaign execution.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, compliance, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
    • Analyze growth metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
    • Oversee data integrity, reporting, and performance dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
    • Drive process improvements and automation to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to growth tools and services.
    • Ensure compliance with fintech regulations in all growth activities.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in growth operations, sales operations, or business operations within fintech or financial services.
    • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
    • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Knowledge of fintech regulatory environment and compliance.
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
