Job Description

Ninja Xpress, a leading last-mile delivery service in Indonesia since 2015, supports SMEs through various development programs and flexible services. This role focuses on designing and delivering HR transactional processes, ensuring seamless inter-departmental and external collaborations for efficient back-end operations and excellent HR service delivery. Key responsibilities include maintaining data confidentiality and security, developing legally compliant HR policies, and leading the HR Operations team, which includes Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS. The role involves developing pay structures, managing compensation cycles for new and existing employees, evaluating job positions for salary alignment, and designing company benefit schemes. It also includes managing employee salary updates in the HR system and overseeing employee travel and accommodation services.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Min 5 years experience as Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager/Manager
  • Knowledge in job evaluation
  • Knowledge in compensation modeling
  • Knowledge in salary survey methodologies
  • Knowledge in business partnering
  • Outstanding organizational ability
  • Great attention to detail

Job Purpose

    • Design and successful delivery of HR transactional processes, as well as leading the progression of the function and the broadening of the scope of services provided
    • Ensure an effective back-end operation is run with seamless coloration with inter-departments, and external bodies.
    • Providing an excellent HR service to employees.

Major Activities

    • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring security of personal and company data are in accordance with legislative guidelines, company policies and procedures
    • Maintain and develop commercially relevant and legally compliant HR policies and processes
    • Lead, coach and develop the HR Operations team including Payroll, Comben & HRIS
    • Developed pay structure for all employee levels
    • Managing pay rates for the new hire, existing employee based on the cycle (Promotion, Mutation and Demotion) through determining the employee compensation and increment rate are based on the budgeting plan.
    • Responsible for evaluating and re-evaluating for the job position to ensure that the salary or pay scheme are based on the procedures and workload/job evaluations align with the company range.
    • Designing the benefit scheme for the company throughout the impact analysis and continuous improvement plan in a consistent best case practice.
    • Managing the employee salary component updates on the HR system and lean recording as well as maintain all related data for the administrative process.
    • Managing the employee Travel and Accommodations services to ensure the business process are running

Requirements

    • Min Bachelor’s degree in any field
    • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager/Manager with min 5 years of experience in a similar role 
    • Having knowledge and experience in job evaluation, compensation modeling, salary survey methodologies, and business partnering
    • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
