Job Description

Kwalee is looking for a HR Advisor to join their People Services team in Bangalore. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing exit procedures, providing support to managers, and analyzing HR data. Must have 4+ years of experience in handling employee exits, performance management, employee relations, labor law, HR data analysis and Excel reporting. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices is required.

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a HR Advisor to join our People Services team in our office in Bangalore.  The team is focused on a variety of HR responsibilities.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for making sure that the HR tasks are completed in a standard timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievances, performance management and maintaining a positive work environment.
Oversee the exit procedures of leavers, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining comprehensive exit documentation.
Offer proactive support to first and second level line managers in the management of employee performance and productivity.
Coordinates with labour law consultants to stay updated on legal developments and to implement necessary changes within the organisation.
Generate and analyse HR data to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), including turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant with legal standards.
Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and address concerns.
Assisting in the implementation of HR strategies, including performance reviews, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
Maintaining and updating personnel records,internal HR databases and systems.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 plus years of experience in handling employee exits, performance management, employee relations, labour law, HR data analysis and Excel reporting.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Experience of delivering HR support in a gaming industry or high performance technology business.
Experience of working with international businesses / with HR teams in other geographic locations.
