This role is a pivotal position within the HRIS and People Analytics team, focusing on leadership, strategic direction, team management, and project management for HR initiatives and programs related to PAC systems and People Analytics. The ideal candidate will drive the digitalization of the HR ecosystem and continuously improve HR processes and tools. Responsibilities include building and leading the roadmap, identifying opportunities for process streamlining and automation, partnering with cross-functional teams for system-driven solutions, collaborating with HR and IT for HRIS module optimization and integrations, leading HRIS system updates and new module implementations, operating and administering Workday as the HRIS platform, developing reports and analytics, monitoring and auditing HR data for accuracy, and providing training to HR staff and end-users.

Job Details

This role is a pivotal role of the HRIS and People Analytics team in People & Culture. This role will provide Leadership, strategic direction, team management and project management expertise for HR initiatives and programs related to PAC systems and People Analytics. GoTo is looking for an experienced, highly driven Manager to drive the digitalization of our end-to-end HR ecosystem in GoTo and continuously improve our HR processes and tools

The role will collaborate with IT and various HR functions, building System and user experience features and improvements

The HRIS team reviews and works with the HR Leadership team to advise and manage HR technology investments to ensure they are prioritized and aligned to GoTos people strategy and standards.

What will you do

    • Build and lead the Roadmap, prioritize the portfolio, build and manage the team capabilities
    • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using HRIS, automate manual efforts, and increase overall efficiency.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, gather requirements, design, recommend, and implement system-driven solutions.
    • Collaborate with partners (HR and IT team) to configure and optimize HRIS modules, workflows, and integrate with other systems such as Payroll, ATS, Finance to create seamless data flows.
    • Lead HRIS system update and implementation of new HRIS modules, working with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute the process smoothly and successful adoption by stakeholders.
    • Operate and administer end-end Workday as our HRIS platform, serve as technical lead for Workday Core HCM, Talent Management, Absence, and Compensation.
    • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations within HRIS to provide insightful HR metrics and analytics to stakeholders.
    • Monitor and audit HR data to maintain accuracy, quality, and integrity, implementing necessary corrections and preventive solutions.
    • Provide training to HR staff and end-users on using and familiarities with the HRIS in respective to their roles.

What will you need

    • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in HRIS management in established businesses
    • Strong proficiency with Workday and related HR systems, engaging with vendors
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into HRIS solutions and deliver that to the user effectively
    • Excellent project management and problem solving skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong stakeholder management
    • Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to guide, develop, and mentor team members to make things happen.
    • Certification in Workday in one of the following modules: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Talent, Performance, or Absence Management.
    • Experience with downstream system integrations such as Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, Workato, and JIRA/Asana.
