Job Description

As a Hub Relations Coordinator at Blink Health, you will perform patient outreach to facilitate enrollment, coordinate benefits, assess financial assistance, verify insurance, and arrange medication delivery. You will provide patient care, resolving issues and triaging cases to pharmacists when necessary. This involves making outbound calls to address concerns from patients, doctors, and insurers. You'll document interactions according to established procedures, utilize escalation channels, and conduct research using available resources. This on-site, full-time position in Robinson Township requires strong communication and technical skills, and a passion for patient care, working collaboratively with various teams. The role involves managing various shifts between 8 AM and 9 PM EST, Monday to Friday, and requires the ability to handle complex issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient outreach to conduct patient enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance assessment, insurance verification and arrange delivery
  • Provide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to a pharmacist when required
  • Place outbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers
  • Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
  • Utilize proper escalation channels to meet patient needs & resolve open issues
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
  • Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally between management, the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineering

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Customer service or inbound call center experience required (1-2+ years at minimum)
  • Appropriate industry experience is necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
  • A passion for providing top-notch patient care
  • Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
  • Full time position, on-site in Pittsburgh

Hours/Location:

  • Shift: 3 available Shift Options
    • Rotating shifts, 40 hours/week between 8 AM -9 PM EST , Monday - Friday  OR
    • 12 PM - 8 PM EST, Monday - Friday (Fixed Shift) OR
    • 1 PM - 9 PM EST, Monday - Friday (Fixed Shift)
  • Onsite full time position in Robinson Township
