This Human Resources Internship at CORSAIR involves recruitment and onboarding, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, conducting onboarding sessions, and ensuring new hires are integrated into the company culture. Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture.

Benefits and Compensation Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll processing and resolve employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for employees.
  • Coordinate leadership training and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Must be at least 18+ years of age
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student in any accredited institution 
  • Pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree, and returning for at least a final term following the internship
  • All Interns must be able to commit to one of the two cohort tracks that span 12-weeks

We will have two cohort tracks that you may choose from that span a 12-week period:

  • COHO1 – May 21st, 2025 – August 8th, 2025
  • COHO2 – June 17th, 2025  – September 5th, 2025

Internship Requirements:

  • You are actively enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution and have completed at least one year of education.
  • You are pursuing either an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree, and returning for at least a final term following the summer internship.
  • You are able to fully commit to one of the two 12-week (40 hours per week) internship cohort tracks.
  • You must be at least 18+ years of age at the start of the internship.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Hourly pay range $25
