You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

· Meet with stakeholders to understand their requirements and turn these into technical solutions that address business problems. · Manage application packaging requests using ServiceNow and ensuring adherence to global packaging standards. · Liaise with internal application owners and ensuring packaging requests are correctly submitted to our third-party application packaging vendor. · Test packaged applications, making amendments using PowerShell where/when requiring and publishing them through MDM solutions such Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE. · Following global release/change management processes to deliver applications to business and successfully report on their deployment. · Collaborate with software vendors, application owners and internal teams to understand and troubleshoot packaging, application and scripting issues. · Creating other script-based solutions for endpoint related problems. · Create and maintain documentation for application packaging processes, procedures, and configurations. · Perform application lifecycle tasks updates, patching, and retirement to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

Mandatory skill sets: · Windows 11 – good technical experience

· PowerShell and PSADT experience - ability to understand, create and edit code · macOS Scripting (desirable) · VMWare Workspace ONE (desirable) · Microsoft Intune (desirable) · Excellent written and verbal communication abilities · Self-organized - can organize their time without being micromanaged. · Proven track record of resolving problems and designing/analyzing technical solutions. · Experience of designing solutions to technical problems and adding business value, rather than just administrating technology.

Preferred skill sets: · PowerShell and PSADT experience - ability to understand, create and edit code. Intune, WorkspaceOne
