About your role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to manage the full cycle of influencer campaigns as part of our brand purchasing efforts.

What you’ll be doing

• Defining the strategy, setting goals, and KPIs for Influencer Marketing
• Selecting contractors, overseeing, and evaluating agency work
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating Influencer Marketing campaigns
• Developing creative strategies in line with brand guidelines, preparing briefs, reviewing influencer content, and providing feedback
• Conducting market analysis and trend-watching
• Collaborating with other departments to develop project infrastructure, including attribution, analytics, reporting, and product improvements

We hope that you have

• Prior work experience in Influencer Marketing, ideally both in-house and agency settings, with a preference for experience in the gaming industry
• Deep knowledge of marketing metrics, with proven success in influencing different stages of the funnel
• Strong understanding of different platforms and their audiences.
• Ability to select influencers, detect fraudulent activity and understand pricing models
• High proficiency in English 

Nice to have

• Experience in community management and content creator production
