Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation consultancy, seeks Informatica Senior Data Engineer to join our global delivery team's Data Engineering practice in India.

What’s the Role?

The Informatica Senior Data Engineer role will be part of our Data Engineering practice and will be focused on delivering best of breed technology solutions based on Informatica Product Suite for Exusia’ s clients. The candidate will also be part of the practice team and contribute to Competency development & driving innovation through various internal initiatives within the company. Candidate should have more than 6 years of experience with broad exposure to Informatica Data Integration & Data Engineering products.

Criteria for the Role!

Responsibilities:

·       Work on client projects to deliver Informatica based Data engineering & Data integration solutions

·       Architect, Build & Deploy scalable ETL solutions both on premise & Cloud platforms

·       Provide hands on technical leadership for relevant technical skills on multiple projects if required

·       Take complete ownership of the SDLC cycle & own all technical deliverables

·       Design data pipelines to ingest & integrate structured/unstructured data from heterogeneous sources

·       Collaborate with delivery leadership to deliver projects on time adhering to the quality standards

·       Contribute to the growth of the Data Engineering practice by helping with solutioning for prospects

·       Providing mentorship to junior resources

Mandatory Skills:

·       Should have 6+ years of experience working with various ETL tools

·       Should have solid project experience using PowerCenter, B2B data exchange and Informatica integration hub for ETL processing

·       Hands on experience in delivering at least 1 project on Informatica PowerCenter 10.x 

·       Using APIs/Connectors to integrate data from packaged applications & various data sources

·       Should have project experience handling batch as well as real time / near real time data processing

·       Hands on experience using Informatica data quality

·       Performing Upgrades & Migrations across versions & platforms including migration from Informatica On-Prem setup to Cloud hosted infrastructure

·       Design deployment Architecture & and support Infrastructure that is scalable

·       Strong knowledge of working with various databases, handling structured & unstructured data and cloud hosted databases like AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse & Snowflake

·       Extensive data modelling experience for data repositories including ODS, DWH, Marts & Data Lake

·       Problem-solving skills along with good interpersonal & communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills



·       Exposure to Informatica Platform as a Service including Cloud data integration, Cloud API & App data integration, Cloud Data Quality

·       Exposure to Informatica MDM products

·       Installation & Configuration of Microsoft tools both On Premise & Azure

·      Integrate Informatica products with various cloud platforms & services

·       Experience to framework based approach for ingesting, transforming & distributing large data sets

·       Ability to analyze data structures and document legacy ETL system designs if required

·       Experience working and managing teams located in multiple locations across the globe

·       Agile development experience & supporting scrum master in sprint planning and execution
