About the team:

You will be part of the Incubator which is spearheading the execution of our product and technology transformation. In other words, building our core product platform from scratch on a new architecture with the customer in the center. 

What you will be doing most of the time:

• Perform structured testing of web-based UIs and RESTful APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Work closely with developers in an Agile/Scrum setup to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Working as part of a bigger unit/team including back-end engineers, developing the products that will become core of Milestone’s future
• Working in an empowered engineering team in an Agile environment with many uncertainties, close customer feedback loops, and a need to take decision in order to keep the pace
   

How you can match:

• Proven experience as a Technical Tester or QA Engineer
• Strong background in manual and automated testing
• Experience testing web applications and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Cypress, RestAssured, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Good command of English

Considered an advantage:

• Experience with video-streaming solutions (e.g., WebRTC, HLS, DASH)
• Knowledge of AI/ML-based solutions and testing approaches
• Familiarity with developer platforms (e.g., APIs, SDKs, CLI tools)
• Exposure to Cloud Native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Ansible, AWS/GCP/Azure, Linux)
• Ability to write unit tests in programming languages like Go, TypeScript, C#, or similar, including concepts like mocking
• Well-developed communication and collaboration skills
