About The Role:

As an In-House Brand Executive Intern, you will get an opportunity to play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of in-house and sponsored events for STAGE. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and achieve our brand objectives via events.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution:

  • Assist in developing comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, creatives, etc.) to align event requirements with overall business objectives.

  • Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers.

  • Oversee event logistics, such as invitations, RSVPs, and guest lists.

  • Support in managing on-site event operations, including setup, tear-down, and troubleshooting.

  • Brand Activation:

  • Develop creative and engaging brand activation strategies for events.

  • Design and execute branded experiences, such as interactive displays, product demonstrations, launch event IPs, and giveaways.

  • Collaborate with the brand team to create compelling event collateral, including invitations, signage, and promotional materials.

  • Measure event performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Sponsors Management:

  • Cultivate potential sponsors for events.

  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and ensure fulfillment of sponsor commitments.

  • Manage sponsor relationships and coordinate sponsor activations.

  • Post-Event Analysis:

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event.

  • Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare detailed event reports, including financial summaries and ROI analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing/Completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related media field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
