Job Description

Playrix seeks an experienced MICE Event Manager to join their team of 5. Responsibilities include planning and executing both online and offline corporate events globally (10 to 3,500 attendees), managing event logistics, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, providing participant support, and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in event management, proven success with international turnkey events, and fluency in Russian and intermediate English. Regular international travel is required.

Team, about the role

Our employees live in more than 40 countries and participate in conferences and events all over the world. We're looking for an experienced Event Manager for our MICE team who knows how to prepare events of any size efficiently and professionally. Our team members can organize anything: from educational projects for 3,500+ people to a cozy, low-key event online or offline in 40+ countries. Geography is no limit to us, and we're looking for someone just as versatile. You will work in a team of 5 colleagues who will always support and advise you.

Tasks

Development and organization of corporate online/offline events around the world on a turnkey basis (from 10 to 3,500 people);
Coordination of events and projects: being responsible for deadlines, quality, and results;
Interaction with internal stakeholders;
Preparation of technical specifications, as well as coordination and administration of the process at every stage;
Information support of participants, support of participants within the event's framework;
Interaction with other departments, contractors, and organizing agencies.

Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience as an Event Manager;
Experience in organizing turnkey international event activities (online and offline);
Portfolio of projects you have worked on;
Experience working with the market of Serbia or good understanding of locations features;
Fluency in Russian and Intermediate level+ in English;
Proactive attitude, ability to take responsibility for results, ability to act in a situation of uncertainty;
Willingness to travel regularly for business.

Preferred

Experience in game development or IT will be a plus;
Currently living in Serbia or experience with the Serbian market.
