The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Law Clerk/Intern for the Lionsgate Alternative Television Business and Legal Affairs department. This position provides legal support to a team of attorneys, and will be responsible for organizing and filing documents, drafting legal memoranda, performing legal research, reviewing various legal contracts, and formatting and editing correspondence, agreements, pleadings and other documentation.

Lionsgate Alternative Television’s Business and Legal Affairs department handles a high volume of development and production deals, agreements, and matters for various non-scripted television programs produced for multiples networks on behalf of its various labels, including Pilgrim Media Group, Blackfin, and Renegade. The team provides general support and advice to business executives, in-house development and production teams and other departments on various matters including talent, publicity, licensing, labor & employment, risk management, pre-broadcast content review, intellectual property, rights clearance, and litigation.
$21 per hour
