As a Key Account Manager (FMCG), you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will manage day-to-day operations, handle customer inquiries, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in product and project development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Ninja Mart services. This role requires extensive experience in sales, business development, account management, and customer success, particularly in the FMCG and 3PL logistics industries. You should have a strong understanding of distributor management, fulfillment, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and have excellent communication skills.
Must have:
2-5 years experience in sales/business development/account management/customer success
Experience in distributor management for FMCG brands
Experience in 3PL logistics business development (fulfillment and warehousing)
Strong existing working relationships with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Good to have:
Experience in Trade Marketing

Responsibilities
Key Account Lead
Own and manage rapport with existing clients from onboarding, training, and build customer trust towards Ninja Mart service.
Focal contact for day-to-day operations and manage change requests raised by assigned accounts.
Main customer support for existing operational and system enquiries.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
Maintain existing customer success metrics, documentation and data.
Independently prepare, draft and review presentations with customers.
Product & Project development
Handle inquiries and perform related duties including ad hoc and Ninja Mart related tasks as assigned.
Cross function coordinate for building internal SOP
Provide Ninja Mart expertise for incoming, onboarding and existing customers.
Create customer retention using value proposition and continuous improvement
Requirements
At least 2-5 years of extensive experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success role
Experience in Distributor management, worked for FMCG's brands as senior Supervisor/ASM, Trade Marketing Supervisor/Manager
Experience in 3PL logistics business development, particularly fulfillment and warehousing.
Track Record on delivering and exceeding sales targets
At least Diploma / Degree in any Business related field (business, sales, marketing, finance, logistics, supply chain, communication
Business development or account management experience in Traditional Trade
Strong existing working relationships with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms)
Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
