We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

In your day-to-day role you will:

Build annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts for G&A headcount and Operating Expenses. Tie the plan and forecasts back to company strategy and goals

Perform monthly analysis of results vs. plan/forecast, understand key drivers of variance (in partnership with other stakeholders) and how that impacts the future

Create presentations for the senior leaders and CEO staff to support decision making process

Streamline processes and set global OPEX and headcount tracking and reporting standards and help build infrastructure to support that

Lead (and build) a team of highly motivated 2-3 analysts

What do you need to bring:

World-class analytics and problem-solving capabilities

A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity

Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced environment

Strong work ethic, willingness to do “whatever it takes” to get to the results

Team player attitude, partnering, and collaboration skills

Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Proven track record in FP&A or related finance functions
