Job Description

PwC seeks a highly experienced QA Lead (Manager level) to oversee two delivery pods within their STEM team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive QA plans, selecting and implementing automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), providing assertive progress reports to leadership, ensuring alignment with technology and industry standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading multiple teams, strong proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft .NET technologies, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies.

We are PwC, a leading firm in the market for Audit, Consulting, Tax Advisory, Legal, and Outsourcing services.

We are looking for a Lead QA interested in developing within the STEM team.

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead with Manager seniority to lead two delivery pods and report progress to the Leadership Team. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in leading multiple teams, providing assertive reports to Leadership, developing QA Plans, and selecting appropriateQA Automation testing frameworks that align with technology and industry standards.

Tasks:

Lead and manage two delivery pods, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
Develop and implement comprehensive QA Plans to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Select and implement appropriate QA Automation testing frameworks, such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Provide regular and assertive progress reports to the Leadership Team.
Ensure alignment of QA processes with technology and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Skills:

Proven experience in leading multiple teams and managing complex projects.
Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft .NET technologies.
Extensive experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to provide clear and assertive reports to Leadership.
Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to align QA processes with technology and industry standards.

Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
