Job Description
Dream11 seeks a Manager/Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to elevate its brand as the most loved fantasy sports platform. Responsibilities include developing and executing innovative brand marketing campaigns across various media (films, print, outdoor, 360° ideas), building a strong content marketing framework, leveraging storytelling on social media and digital platforms, collaborating with agencies and internal teams, managing media plans and tracking execution, and staying ahead of social media trends. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of brand marketing experience in sports, D2C, FMCG, or entertainment, with a strong digital focus and proficiency in social media and digital platforms.
Must have:
- 3-5 years Brand Marketing exp in relevant industry
- Strong digital marketing skills & social media expertise
- Experience in developing and executing brand campaigns
- Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities
- Agency & stakeholder management experience

Brand Marketing @ Dream11:
Our focus is on making Dream11 the most loved fantasy sports brand. We are building a brand that holds a sense of pride on the 100 million sports fans that we intend to get playing on Dream11. Our team owns Dream11’s brand positioning, conceptualises and executes campaigns, and is responsible for delivering clutter breaking brand marketing ideas including brand films, print, outdoor and 360 ideas
Your Role
- Helps in managing Dream Sports' portfolio of brands and deliver a leadership position for them by conceptualizing and executing clutter breaking brand marketing ideas
- Build a strong foundational framework for high-quality sports content marketing
- Drive brand marketing efforts using the art of storytelling on social media, digital and short-format content platforms
- Work with the ecosystem of agencies, creators, platforms and internal teams to deliver each of the brand's key stories and messaging to its consumers
- Execute all media plans with negligible error and work with managers for tracking the execution of the brand marketing plans including sponsorship, media measurement
- Stay ahead by tracking social media trends and creatively adapting strategies to engage today’s audience, always innovating with fresh ideas
Qualifiers
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing in Sports, D2C, FMCG or Entertainment industries with a strong focus on the digital world
- Strong understanding and avid user of all social media platforms/digital publication platforms (old and new)
