Marketing Art Director

Moon Active ranks among the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, delighting millions of active users globally. Headquartered in the vibrant center of Tel Aviv, we are now seeking an exceptionally skilled Marketing Art Director to join our swiftly expanding team in the company’s Warsaw Studios.

In this crucial role, you will helm the creative development of marketing materials designed for performance marketing and user acquisition activities across all social networks for Moon Active's games.

You will be challenged to implement and supervise video & animated advertisements while leading a team of top-tier Designers, Illustrators and Animators.

• Build, recruit, and lead a team of local designers and animators in our Warsaw studios, fostering a creative and productive work environment matching Moon Active’s signature artistic standard;
• Write compelling creative briefs based on established concepts and oversee teams of top-tier in-house and freelance artists across all media types, ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of Moon Active’s distinguished quality standards;
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-motivation, ensuring effective interaction with our headquarters to maintain seamless coordination.

• Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team of artists in a Game/Animation Studio;
• Demonstrated experience in leading animated projects for AAA / Mobile Gaming;
• Solid understanding of video, animation, color, composition, typography, and graphic styles;
• Ability to research, recommend, direct, and manage appropriate vendors and artists;
• A passion for games and mobile gaming;
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, and ability to work with creative partners;
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while meeting changing deadlines and priorities;
• Positive attitude and a love for problem-solving.
