We are looking for a skilled User Acquisition Manager who wants to become the best.
Day in the life of a User Acquisition Manager
As our game, marketing budget and User Acquisition scale have been constantly growing since the launch of Total Battle, we’re looking for an ambitious UA Manager to join us. Together we want to achieve the goal of becoming the #1 Strategy Game.
In this role you will have the opportunity to design an Affiliate strategy for User Acquisition, identifying and project managing the implementation of a white-label platform, designing the affiliate programme, establishing relevant processes and being the leader for affiliate UA at Scorewarrior.
You’ll be the go-to person for affiliate expertise in UA; identifying networks for us to target, understanding how to maximise affiliate ROI whilst incentivising partnerships and building out this business area for maximum impact.
What you’ll need to do this job
This role requires someone who is a skilled collaborator with a creative mind for new approaches and a strong background of assessing and establishing core statistical measurements for A/B testing.
As such, we’re looking for:
At least two years' experience in a similar position.
Experience with A/B testing, as well as knowledge and understanding of maths statistics in relation to A/B tests.
A technical, economic, marketing, or sociology education.
Strong knowledge and experience with Affiliate UA, marketing and relevant affiliate networks.
A desire to continuously develop through courses, collaboration and learning.
Knowledge of English to B2 level and a desire to become fluent within 12 months.
A love of strategy games.

Our company was founded in 2015 in Cyprus with the initial goal of publishing and operating third-party games.
In 2016 we decided that we wanted to work with our own games instead of ready-made products. We were excited by the idea of being a full-cycle game development studio: to launch a game, gain initial traction, and then scale up the game globally and become a leader in the genre.
2017 saw the arrival of our first game, Total Battle. We discovered the game in its very early stages, and we believed in its great potential, so we made it our goal to focus on this single title and become the leader in the 4X strategy genre.
In 2021, we began to transform the company into a full-cycle game development studio, adding game developers, designers, and artists to our already existing publishing team, which consisted of our finance, legal, marketing, community, and support staff. We finished this process in 2022, and we now operate from our two offices in Limassol.
