In this role, you will:
- Regular and ad-hoc tracking, analysis, and reporting on different metrics and KPIs related to channel performance, GTM metrics, media & awareness, funnel metrics, ROI, targets vs actuals, and marketing effectiveness
- Supporting data-driven decisions through providing actionable insights & recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with the Data & Analytics team on the creation of reports and dashboards by writing business requirements & driving adoption
- Understanding the marketing & sales objectives, the business processes, and the underlying systems
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to better understand the metrics and present insights
- Participating and driving projects which support the marketing analytics & reporting strategy
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in analyzing marketing data from multiple sources & drawing actionable insights
- Hands-on reporting experience with CRMs, Marketing Automation tools, SFDC, Google Analytics, Tableau
- Advanced Excel user comfortable with large date sets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business judgement & marketing knowledge, enjoying ways to improve the business & readiness to make recommendations
- Experience in defining requirements and driving cross-functional projects
- Curious, organized, with strong attention to detail, quick to spot data integrity issues
- Self-driven & adaptive to change
- Experience working in a global company and with multiple teams and stakeholders; (tech industry is a plus)
- Excellent English and communication skills
