Sinch seeks a Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead user acquisition and drive traffic for its SaaS platform, Sinch Engage. The role involves identifying and scaling acquisition channels (podcasts, sponsorships, etc.), improving organic traffic via SEO and CRO analysis, and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results. Responsibilities include managing marketing systems, optimizing web analytics, building reporting pipelines, and translating data into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of SaaS marketing experience, including expertise in SEO, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and integrated campaigns, along with a proven track record of successful B2B campaigns in high-growth environments. Strong analytical and project management skills are crucial, alongside the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.

Description

Sinch is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive traffic and user acquisition at Sinch's SaaS platform, Sinch Engage. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have broad marketing experience, and love turning data into actionable insights, this could be the role for you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and scale acquisition channels, exploring opportunities like podcasts, sponsorships, or emerging platforms.
  • Improve organic traffic and website performance by analyzing CRO, SEO, and performance opportunities.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they balance creative storytelling with measurable outcomes.
  • Manage marketing systems and tools, leveraging your technical knowledge to optimize web analytics and automation platforms.
  • Build and maintain reporting pipelines, transforming raw data into insights that help refine strategies and measure success.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of SaaS marketing experience, with expertise spanning SEO, performance, lifecycle, and integrated campaigns.
  • 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
  • A proven track record of launching successful campaigns with clear ROI, especially in high-growth companies.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex projects.
  • Comfortable educating stakeholders on brand marketing while managing multiple priorities with confidence and expertise.
  • The ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

The annual starting salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
