As the Marketing Operations Manager you will drive superior customer value by facilitating the market’s annual planning processes, ensuring coordination of the marketing plans for the market across the Businesses. You will be responsible for the execution of the marketing plans/ initiatives and driving the implementation and adherence to the marketing processes across the market together with the Head of Marketing Operations in Health Systems Marketing. You will be responsible for incorporating marketing related measures.

5+ years of proven experience within the marketing area, gained in big global organizations. Experience in interactions with sales and business marketing organization,
Excellent stakeholder management skills – proven experience in working with different levels stakeholders, ability to influence peers and internal stakeholders regardless of reporting lines. Strong communication skills,
Strong project management skills, proven skills in planning and coordinating marketing activities at local level,
Strong operational and execution focus, driven by customer intimacy. Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results,
Problem Solving skills. Supports continuous improvement via using LEAN methodology.
Can – do attitude, flexibility and ability to work with ad-hoc tasks,
Ideally experience and knowledge of the local Health Systems industry,
Fluent English in speaking and writing. BA degree within the relevant area.
