Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the promotion of Philips CT products and systems, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction. You will support Account Managers in areas such as acquisition, configuration, and system calculation, while actively developing and optimizing customer relationships to ensure long-term business profitability across designated accounts. Additionally, you will take the lead in developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing plans and key programs aimed at accelerating the adoption of Philips CT procedures within the radiology domain.
Must have:
  • Promote CT products, systems and services in customer visits, product & workstation demonstrations, seminars and trade shows.
  • Execute marketing plan and deploy programs (incl. Installed Base programs) to drive business for CT.
  • Drive modality business by business analysis, planning and execution and review in close cooperation with the CT Business Manager.
  • Work as part of an account team to ensure BIU results are reached according to account plans.
  • Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales tools, tactics and strategies to close the deal.
  • Provide input in the generation of order intake / sales forecast.
  • Participate in sales planning exercise within the BIU, supporting quality of funnel management.
  • Provide information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects to Business Manager.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests.
  • Plan & implement new products launching.
Good to have:
  • Relevant experience in B2B and B2G marketing, with a background in product marketing, brand management, new product launches, and campaign execution within the medical device industry preferred.
  • Experience in engaging with radiology customers is highly desired.

Role Summary

Additionally, you will take the lead in developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing plans and key programs aimed at accelerating the adoption of Philips CT procedures within the radiology domain.

Philips Korea is recruiting a Modality Sales Specialist who will lead the promotion of CT modality solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.

This position supports the Account Manager's Pre-sales and Post-sales activities based on expertise in CT modality, and develops and optimizes customer relationships to secure long-term business profitability.

In addition, you will develop, execute, and manage strategic marketing plans and key programs to accelerate the adoption of Philips CT procedures in the radiology field.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Promote CT products, systems and services in customer visits, product & workstation demonstrations, seminars and trade shows.
  • Execute marketing plan and deploy programs (incl. Installed Base programs) to drive business for CT.
  • Drive modality business by business analysis, planning and execution and review in close cooperation with the CT Business Manager. Execute corrective actions when required.
  • Work as part of an account team to ensure BIU results are reached according to account plans.
  • Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales tools, tactics and strategies in order to the Account Manager who can close the deal including Installed base activities / promotions.
  • Provide input in the generation of order intake / sales forecast.
  • Participate in sales planning exercise within the BIU, supporting quality of funnel management.
  • Provide information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects to Business Manager.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare.
  • Plan & implement new products launching.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • University degree or above.
  • 3-12 years of experience in sales or clinical environment with radiology imaging systems or relevant medical device area preferred.
  • Relevant experience in B2B and B2G marketing, with a background in product marketing, brand management, new product launches, and campaign execution within the medical device industry preferred.
  • Experience in engaging with radiology customers is highly desired.
  • Passion and motivation for sales and business challenges.
  • Resilience and ability to influence others.
  • Customer orientation, good communication and analytical skill.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Fluent Korean and English skill required.
