Job Description

This is a senior Murex Front Office Consultant/Murex Market Data Consultant role at a leading global trading house. The role involves supporting and developing an application for one of the world's largest traders. Responsibilities include FO Dev implementations (curves setup, market data setup, instrument configuration), solution design, stakeholder management, and end-to-end task ownership. The project is long-term and rapidly expanding, offering significant growth opportunities. The successful candidate will work with a highly skilled team and contribute to a significant development and change within the organization. The role requires expertise in Murex Front Office and Market Data configuration, along with strong business acumen in commodities trading.

Must have:

4+ years Murex FO or Market Data configuration
Murex Front Office Business analysis
Murex Market data setup, MDRS, MDIT
Rate curve configuration, Market Rate Sheets
Problem diagnosis and solution application

Good to have:

Murex 3.1 technical configuration
Murex workflow design & maintenance
Murex Integration experience
GIT and CICD experience
Unix basics

Responsibilities

FO Dev implementations including curves setup, Market data set up, instrument configuration, etc.

Solution design from scratch & Stakeholder management

End-to-end ownership of tasks in cooperation with the Developer and Testing team.

Skills

Must have

Mandatory: 4+ years of Murex FO or Market Data configuration

Business knowledge of some of the following areas is essential

Murex Front office Business analysis, including instrument set-up or Murex Market data set up, MDRS, and MDIT

Implementing changes in Murex, such as Rate curve configuration, Market Rate Sheets, etc.

Initial diagnosis of problems, for a system or sub-system or apply known solutions, including documenting problems, progress checking, and escalation to ensure resolution

Technical knowledge in the following areas will be preferred

Knowledge of Murex 3.1, along with the technical configuration and management of platform services.

Design, development, and maintenance of Murex workflows to manage, import/export events of trades and static data with external systems

Unix basics

Nice to have

Experience in the Murex Integration

Some experience in: GIT and CICD
