Position Overview:    

As a New Hire CSP Trainer at Zones, you will play a pivotal role in identifying training needs, designing, and executing comprehensive CSP learning programs mainly for new hires.     

 

What you’ll do as a New Hire CSP Trainer:

 

Employees employed in the role of New Hire CSP Trainer shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

  • Identify training needs and execute training programs to ramp up new hire AEs towards achieving their goals.
  • Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Meet and exceed initial new hire goals, collaborating with Sales leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Inspect results to gauge progress of training plans, providing gap awareness/mitigation for ramp and goal achievement.
  • Develop a method to evangelize successes through AE competition/recognition and build best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between leadership development efforts and company objectives.
  • Provide high-quality and engaging training sessions consistently.
  • Be accountable for training resources' accuracy and relevancy, providing feedback for material updates.

 

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Cloud Certification/Knowledge like Microsoft Programs would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in training, talent development, or a related field, with a strong sales background.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, motivating individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills for effective leadership development initiatives.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for assessing program effectiveness and making data-backed improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all organization levels.
  • Passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices in developing Sales Team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within CSP Training programs.
