As we in People & Organisation continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic Change profile focused on ERP projects. The role is pivotal in leading employees and leaders smoothly through the transition of implementing or managing a new ERP system.

About People & Organisation, PwC
P&O is part of PwC Consulting’s Business Transformation department. Here, we all share a passion for providing successful solutions and ensuring a thorough implementation by using a people centric approach. We work with a variety of different projects and organisations, and our primary capabilities are:

  • PMO & project management

  • Change management and upskilling

  • Employee experience

  • People in Deals (post merger integration, culture etc.).

We believe that delivering great results for our clients is only possible through a culture, where psychological safety and great leadership are the core values for success. This means that we welcome all ideas and contributions, offer a career coach, and prioritise a work-life balance for all of our employees.

Preferred qualifications
We imagine you hold a relevant Master’s degree with a background in management, psychology, technology, communication or similar. As a Manager in P&O, it is a requirement that you have consulting experience, either as an inhouse consultant or as an external consultant. As you will be focused on driving and implementing the organisational changes associated with ERP programs we expect that you have a solid understanding of several of the end to end core processes related to Finance Supply Chain / logistics or Manufacturing. This understanding will enable you to clearly articulate how an organisation and end-users will be impacted when implementing new ways of working (of course, you will collaborate with our functional specialists).

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, solid change management expertise and experience with ERP process flows. You will support the implementation and integration of ERP systems across various departments from management to shopfloor, develop and execute change management strategies to support ERP projects, and potentially also manage M&A activities related to ERP activities. We expect you to know the lifecycle of ERP implementations and how to identify stakeholders, conduct change impact assessments on large-scale projects, motivate stakeholders and manage resistance at different levels, analyse training needs and develop training programmes.

Role requirements

  • You have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience working with change management related to ERP implementations

  • You are experienced in managing the change management aspect of an ERP  project (end-to-end)

  • Proven experience as a Change Agent or Change Responsible

  • It is positive if you also have  experience with ERP projects in relation to company carve-out or integration.

  • You have experience with commercial consulting sale, business development, and building client relationships

  • You are able to work effectively both individually or as part of a team

  • You have a strong focus on creating value and transferring knowledge to our clients

  • You live in Denmark during the employment

It is a requirement that you are fluent in both written and spoken English as well as one of the scandinavian languages, and that you have advanced experience in working with the Microsoft Office package.

About the role
Working closely with our partners, you will engage with large organisations, addressing a diverse portfolio of tasks related to people management and organisational development. Our approach remains solution-focused, data driven and analytical, providing guidance throughout all phases of development projects, particularly those involving critical change. You are a curious person, eager to learn and work together with people to provide the best possible solutions for our clients. We welcome ambitious and innovative colleagues who can both support and challenge our partners and ourselves.

To all that you are and everything that you can become
As part of PwC, you will join a market success and a friendly workplace. Between the two, trust emerges, careers develop, and you and your colleagues will find solutions for the businesses and society that we are all a part of. This is why we say: Together we succeed.

As a part of P&O in PwC you will experience an informal and fun atmosphere, enriched by the diversity of our team and the variety of projects we undertake. Our entrepreneurial spirit drives innovation and fosters a dynamic, forward-thinking culture. We are committed to shaping the workforce of the future, providing opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.

We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to create an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally. With a focus on responsibility and influence, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our clients and society.
