The Administrative Analyst is responsible for processing participations payment requests; processing and delivering participations statements; assisting in research and resolution of payment and statement delivery issues; maintaining accurate and updated documentation of procedures; maintaining and ensuring accuracy of data in payment processing log; assisting with research, system testing and other special projects as needed.

  • Process participations payment requests
  • Process and deliver participations statements 
  • Assist in research and resolution of payment and statement delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation of procedures
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of data in payment processing log
  • Assist with research, system testing and other special projects as needed

    The essentials

    Work Experience

    • General understanding of participations and accounting statements preferred
    • Previous general office experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment required

    Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Knowledge/Skills

    • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
    • Knowledge of participations and entertainment industry finance preferred
    • Must have strong competency in working with multiple systems and applications; must have aptitude to quickly learn new technologies and information systems
    • Good verbal and written communications required
    • Excellent ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and management required

    • Must be able to adapt and learn new technologies.
    • Must be able to understand and communicate with operational, financial, and IT personnel.
    • Must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively, efficiently, with flexibility to changing priorities.
    • Must be a team player with high-level of interpersonal skills and customer-focus.
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Must be a quick learner who takes initiatives and is results-oriented.
    • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
