Varonis is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. You will support our fast-paced legal department in various capacities, including contract management, compliance, and corporate governance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities include: Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts; Helping ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies by conducting research and maintaining documentation; Supporting corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records and preparing board meeting materials; Conducting legal research on various topics as needed and providing summaries to the legal team; Organizing and maintaining legal documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date; Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited program.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
