The Payroll Associate will be responsible for the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing taxes, benefits, and wages. This role requires compliance with statutory laws and regulations, aligning with company HR-Payroll policies. Responsibilities include supporting country HR and finance with payroll-related matters (third-party payments, GL distribution, payroll funding, audits, and statutory filings), contributing to in-house payroll projects, addressing employee payroll inquiries, and maintaining updated payroll SOWs and SOPs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
