Job Description

This role involves the design and implementation of performance management and evaluation systems within KRAFTON. Responsibilities include establishing and improving evaluation systems, developing and operating performance management processes (OKR-based), conducting pre- and post-performance reviews for managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management, be proactive, possess excellent communication and data analysis skills, and be comfortable working collaboratively. Experience in the full cycle of performance management system design and implementation is essential, along with proficiency in communication, data analysis, and documentation. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.

Must have:

Performance management system design and implementation experience
Proactive and independent work style
Excellent communication, data analysis, and documentation skills
Collaborative mindset

Good to have:

Experience working with subsidiaries in a holding company
Experience in the game industry
OKR experience
Fluent English communication
Workday experience
