The Performance Specialist team accelerates adoption of Google's AI Performance Ads products. In partnership with Sales teams, you will be responsible for advancing our customers' strategy and execution of Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen for Performance campaigns. You will partner with Product teams to influence the Performance Product roadmap and GTM to scale across sectors and regions.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Establish and execute business/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes.
- Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers, and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
- Partner with Sales teams on AI powered product adoption strategy across a book of customers.
- Develop strategic pitches to influence product adoption and business growth in the Tech B2B space against team priorities: AI Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen for Performance.
- Work with senior level stakeholders to translate their business objectives into AI driven product expansion and capture feedback to inform product roadmap.
