At its heart, Photo & AV Studio is about telling stories behind the stories. With creative content built from the production phase of the series and films, the team shapes the visual identity of Netflix’s PR campaigns.
The Photo & AV Studio Specialist will support and often lead the on-set photo & AV coverage strategy and creative campaign strategies within the PR function for Korean Original productions. With strong partnerships across multiple disciplines— from publicity and marketing to product and content production — the Specialist is responsible for bringing the on-set creative assets to cover and support the title campaign.
The role requires strong project management skills from start to finish and a high level of creativity with an inquisitive and innovative personality. We are looking for someone who has experience in visual storytelling in both the video and photo world and who can contribute to the betterment of the publicity campaigns by leveraging the knowledge of TV and film productions, talent and filmmaker relations.

Ability to see the bigger picture of the campaign and develop creative solutions to make an impact in campaigns.
Being able to bridge the on-set knowledge to internal stakeholders and maximize efficiency
Read scripts, plan, hire and supervise unit photographers and video crews to capture the best on-set creative. Foster partnerships within the industry and on set crews to find the best creative solutions for each title
Develop visual strategies for titles in collaboration with your cross-functional partners in publicity, marketing, social, product and content, and align on the creative needs of the title
Drive communication from the set to key stakeholders. Be responsible for the best use of talent time during production to meet the creative needs of the campaign.
Innovate and build engaging narratives that tell the story behind the story. Conduct in-depth interviews with on-screen and off-screen talent to uncover and shape narratives that elevate the campaign
Produce the photography and video needs for title premieres, events and editorial photoshoots, to build impactful creatives that further the campaign messaging and encourage conversation
7+ years of experience as a content creator, creative producer, art director at an entertainment, advertising, or in-house creative team. Marketing and/ or publicity experience is a plus.
Knowledge in Korean entertainment media landscape
Experience in project management
Strong creative eye with a keen understanding of visual storytelling in the service of audience-first communication strategies
Understand and have contacts in the photography and video industries and fluent in digital media file specs and size formats
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Business level fluency in English is preferred
