As a Pipeline Excellence Program Manager within the Talent Engagement organization, you will play an essential role in developing and leading initiatives that evolve Google's hiring. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization’s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing both short-term and long-term deliverables.
In this role, you will help drive and revolutionize Google's global approach building pipeline. Our team aims to provide our Recruiting teams a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent for our business clients and partners. We work closely with our Recruiting partners and vendors to activate applicants in an equitable, effective, and efficient way. We provide Recruiting with a global, accessible, and high velocity pipeline to help meet our hiring needs. We also partner to help with requisition qualification, job description consultations, pipeline analysis, and many other key activities throughout the applicant journey.
