We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services PMO team in Vilnius. Nasdaq is continuously revolutionizing markets and transforming while we adopt new technologies to develop innovative solutions, constantly aiming to rewrite tomorrow. As a PMO Project Manager at Nasdaq, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic group of Project Manager professionals responsible for managing Nasdaq Market Technology projects as part of the Nasdaq Client Success organization. You join a team dedicated to orchestrating and executing projects with precision. From Initiation to completion, we leverage diverse skills sets in planning, communication and problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. With a collaborative mindset, our team navigates challenges, adapts to change, and foster an environment where innovation thrives.

You will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) Team in Vilius and have an important role in leading and working in different transformation and improvement activities. In this role you will influence our agile ways of working, usage of tools and grow in your project management role. You will be part of a strategic project with the objective to roll out PSA Certinia - a new best-in- class Professional Services solution to be used at Nasdaq Fintech.  The PMO is working closely with Project Managers across the globe, to support them in our portfolio reporting, delivery model and tools used in the project teams.  You will learn from subject matter experts, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, participate in and lead a bid or delivery project, working close to the business and customer.  
 

Furthermore being part of the PMO team, you will:

  • Learn and detail how to best use our project Management tools. Evaluate and introduce new features.
  • Enhance Marketplace Technology bid process and reporting, based on our Design Study model and  Salesforce. 
  • Continue develop and define our Agile delivery model, in close corporation with the delivery project teams.
  • Maintain and improve Project Portfolio reporting in Salesforce and PSA Certinia, based on the business needs. 
  • Participate in roll out of additional PSA Certinia modules and features, once the initial version has been launched. 
  • Improve our project budget template used to estimate our agile projects and learn from previous projects.
  • Stakeholder management as part of improvement initiatives and monthly internal reporting.
  • Risk management at project portfolio level, based on risks identified in our delivery projects. 

We expect you to have:

  • Overall experience of 5+ years with at least 2 years in an agile or project leader role.

  • Knowledge of Financial Technology and how that support the financial infrastructure and capabilities.
  • Education Qualification: A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or other related field.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model).
